On 30th May 2024, the International Arbitration Mediation Centre, Hyderabad signs the Memorandum of Understanding <\/span>(MOU<\/a>)<\/b> with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), strengthening the strategic ties between the two leading organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

This <\/span>signing ceremony<\/b> of the <\/span>MOU <\/b>was held at the DIAC headquarters in Dubai.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registrar of IAMC Tariq Khan signed on behalf of IAMC and the Executive Director of DIAC Jehad Kazim signed for DIAC. The event was honored by the presence of DIAC court members and by the Life Trustee of IAMC, Justice L. Nageswara Rao.<\/span><\/p>\n

This<\/span> MOU<\/b> showcases the commitment of both organizations to work together in promoting international arbitration through their particular strengths and expertise.
