Mumbai court has rejected the bail of a man accused of abroad visa documents in UAE<\/strong>, agent claimed evidence of fraud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The police investigation is ongoing in this case.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On Friday, the session court in Dindoshi, Mumbai rejected the bail application of a man arrested for visa documents to work in UAE<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Shravan Chavan, 37 requested bail from the court on the statement that he was cheated by an agent who provided him fraudulent visa documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

This case came to light on May 9 when Shravan Chavan<\/strong> went for the immigration check and approval at\u00a0 Mumbai airport.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The officials of the immigration desk suspected some manipulation of his visa documents. Then the accused is taken for further inquiries to a wing in-charge Rajkumar Verma. Reportedly he revealed the truth in front of his wing in charge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Shravan revealed in front of the immigration authorities that an agent\u00a0 Akshay Jadhav promised him a job in the UAE\u00a0 in return for \u20b930,000. Jadhav sent a fake tourist visa, employment visa, and air tickets to Chavan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Javed was arrested then and Chavan sought bail saying that he was innocent and didn\u2019t have any idea that Jadhav was cheating him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Public prosecutor Usha Jadhav said that the investigation is in its primary stage and the charge sheets are not filled yet. The police will verify the seized documents with the concerned authorities to make a clear decision for his bail.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After listening to both of sides the session judge MH Pathan identified that Jadhav and Chavan together prepared the fabricated visit and employment visas for the United Arab Emirates<\/strong> (UAE).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The court found that their plan failed due to the following inspection by immigration authorities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The court observed enough material against Shravan Chavan and rejected his plea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Sahar police station registered an FIR against them under sessions 20 (cheating) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 468 (forgery for the purpose of cheating),\u00a0 465 (punishment for forgery), and 471 (using forged documents as genuine).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
