  For the second consecutive year, Dubai has been ranked first in the region and eighth globally in the \u201cGlobal Cities Power Index 2024,\u201d released by the Urban Strategies Institute of the Mori Memorial Foundation in Japan. This achievement places Dubai ahead of renowned cities like Berlin, Madrid, Shanghai, Copenhagen, and Melbourne.<\/p>\n
  The annual report evaluates 48 leading cities worldwide based on their ability to attract talent, creative organizations, investments, and capital. The evaluation covers 70 indicators across six key areas: economy, research and development, cultural interaction, livability, environment, and ease of access.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Accessibility:<\/strong> Dubai ranked fourth globally for its accessibility, which considers factors like international freight movement, the number of travelers arriving and departing through city airports, flight connectivity, efficient public transport, and ease of using taxis or bicycles.<\/li>\n
  Cultural Interaction:<\/strong> The city secured fifth place globally in cultural interaction, which looks at foreign resident numbers, annual tourist arrivals, iconic attractions, UNESCO World Heritage Sites<\/a>, cultural festivals, and international conferences.<\/li>\n
  Economy:<\/strong> Dubai ranked 15th globally in the economy category, which assesses aspects such as GDP, GDP per capita, stock market performance, skilled workforce availability, wage levels, corporate tax rates, and the overall business climate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
