Dubai 12th June 2024 – The Chairman of Dubai Ports and Border Security Council H.H Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum visited Dubai International (DXB) today to review the operation and efforts and make sure that you get the best quality of customer service. He also visited the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and analyzed the procedure, workflow, and operating mechanisms for drones.
 H.H Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum went along with Lieutenant General  Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri who is the vice chairman of Dubai Ports and Border Security Council and numerous council members, including Major General Obaid Maher bin Suroor, Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Major General Ahmed Mohammed bin Thani, Jamal Al-Hai, Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi, Ibrahim Hassan Ali Ahly, Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Busnad, and several of senior officials, and representatives from the government departments.Â
During this visit, sheikh Mansoor praises the efforts put in by H.H.Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum the president of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, chairman and chief Executive of Emirates Airlines and Group, chairman of Dubai Airports, and the inputs of major strategic partners involving Dubai Customs, Dubai Police, Dubai Air Navigation Service, general directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs. Next, he commended the airport team’s commitment to delivering seamless, best-quality services to passengers.
Senior authorities gave him an in-depth briefing on airport activities aimed at preparing the airport facilities and the organization of the airport process. The tour encloses important touch points of customer service incorporating customs, control, and baggage along with others.
He also examined the drone operations room at the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and analyzed the latest technology and systems for surveillance and regulation drones. He showed his appreciation for the efforts put in by the authority team monitored by his highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and praised their efforts in managing the operations of the drones.Â
Next, Sheikh Mansoor pointed out the significance of maintaining the pace with the latest technology advancements in drone operations, which gave increased streamlined operations and safety.
